Wow! Great write up @sarek . I keep a new Defender "Configured" on the Land Rover build site hoping to one day be able to order a spec'd Defender that is what I want. One day I hope to be able to order without fear of random "features" being dropped. When that happens, you have tempted me a LOT to go with coils. Keep up the advocacy and the great pics!

Sarek - Thanks for your insights. I have a 110S on coils (I distrusted the complicated air suspension).

To add articulation, can aftermarket shocks be installed and can the bump stop in the spring be moved on the stock coils? Or do you need to replace the springs even if you keep the stock height?

Thanks!

Yes, our custom Bilstein rear shocks will add travel to the rear suspension vs stock with or without our lift coils. I also suggest to cut the 1st rib off of the coil spring bump stop.
