I did the survey too.
Recovery loops feature but only as an optional deletion. ie: is deleting the recovery loops important. Very misleading without clicking the info tab. Almost intentionally so. These are crucially important (to be on the vehicle).
An upgrade to 20+" alloys was an option. Again. To me not at all important but I guess JLR will just interpret that as "this user is happy with their 19" (not 18") option and lack of tire choices. Again seems intentionally obscure.
I still can't fathom the mindset in designing a flagship (almost national icon) off-roader without recovery loops and steel wheels as standard across the board on all drivetrains.
But I know I'm in the minority. A recent trip to Ireland. The only Defenders I saw were murdered out urban chav-mobiles sporting the Escalade vibe. The market gets what the market wants I guess.
