A fun overnighter with the young'ns
New bash plate retained its virtue for now.
A very challenging track up to this alpine lake at about 5650'. An absolutely magic,moonless night, deep in the mountains lent itself well to a night hike up to a ridge with 360 views.
Campsite down there
The last few rays of evening sun.
Some smoke blew in from the North for the return leg.
E rated LT tires and Tuffants are doing well.

New member here. Just got back from a trip to Colorado. Alpine Loop (first two photos) and then Silverton to Ouray (California Pass, Hurricane Pass, Corkscrew Gulch). It was a blast. Jeepers and Toyota drivers seemed surprised to see a Defender out there.
