On the way up Wolf Creek Pass, CO. Cruise control handled the several miles of 7% grade both uphill and down, wonderfully. Colors were fair, but storms are knocking down leaves. Treasure Falls water flow must be on water-saver mode for the off season. Didn’t see C.W. McCall along the way….. 😎

Well now. That's pretty close to home and I've been through Paw Paw a bunch of times (mostly on a motorcycle, though). Going to have to add this as a place to visit!

The snow is here again with levels dropping to 2000' in the coming days. A short run up a soon-to-be cross country ski trail at the weekend. Very rutted and steep in places. Cambered switch backs always get my heart rate up.

A great day of wheeling with mates up to a frozen Alpine lake at 5700'. The Maxtrax and recovery strap got well used today in some very tricky sections of icy trail.

Here's to a long winter ahead.
