My experience was good at Land Rover of Richmond. I have a high expectation of luxury car dealers and historically dealers like Porsche, Mercedes and Jaguar have treated me much better than the Chevrolets and Fords of the world.

LRoR was very service oriented and didn’t play any games when it came to the negotiation. We had a straightforward back and forth on offer/counter offer. They even let me walk and didn’t pester me afterward. I followed up with one last offer and they accepted. I suppose that means I blinked but I wanted the truck and I felt I’d gotten as much as they were willing to give.

They are proud of their vehicles but they treated me with respect. Ultimately that’s all I can ask for. Going forward, I will see how the service department is (fingers crossed they also deliver).
