Default Dogs

Can't seem to find the Land Rover rear seat divider net available . When I drive with my 3 dogs. I prefer they don't sit on my lap and stay in the boot. Anyone using something to keep dogs in back that's simple to take in and out?

From a security point of view ... are these strong enough to be used as a cargo bay partitioner when doing long trips? I know LR sales their own version of full / half load space protector but unsure the build of those compared to these?

I

It “sticks” to the ground using pressure, so I wouldn’t trust them blindly. The divider could definitively slide in an accident.

@Defensor Its been a few years so Im wondering how the product has held up. Specifically, how the divider between the cabin and cargo space did for you.
  1. has it stayed secure?
  2. any rattle develop over the years?
  3. any marking on the interior surfaces of the truck from the supports on the sides?

Thanks!

I have a Travall dog guard without the extra divider that splits the rear cargo area. We have one dog and I just needed to keep him in the rear.

No squeaks after a few years. For a while I had a fire extinguisher mounted to the dog guard (a Lucky 8 kit: https://lucky8llc.com/collections/de...tinguisher-kit). The extra weight made the guard squeak on anything but a perfectly smooth road.

I finally ordered an interior side Molle plate from PowerfulUK and moved the extinguisher/bracket to the Molle (https://www.powerfuluk.com/collectio...ender-110-left).

No more squeaks.

Very happy with the Travall product.

@Mike_F Perfect! I appreciate the insight. Your use is essentially the same as ours - just wanting to keep the pup in the rear. And with Travall's half guard we can still put the seats down to store longer items.
