Default Driving Style display issue

My display for Driving Style that shows mpg, etc. for the current trip is exhibiting an odd issue. The center parameter at the bottom stays at "1.0" no matter what I do (I think it is supposed to be speed.) The other two appear to be throttle and braking and they seem to respond normally. FYI, normal behavior is when you start the car all three will show "5.0" for the first mile, as it doesn't register anything until then. What's abnormal is after that point, the center one drops to "1.0" and stays there. It started doing this back in June (or at least that's when I noticed it.) Not sure if it coincided with the last update (don't remember the number, but it was the one that fixed the USB drive music issues.) Screen shot is below. There seems to be nothing meaningful anywhere (shop manual or owner's manual) describing where this data is derived from or how it is supposed to work. Anyone else seeing this?

Have you been able to figure this out? I have had this issue since day one. I brought it up with Land Rover’s service manager and they have no ideas.

It is fixed. When I took the vehicle in for its first service I reported it. I actually got a curious/ competent tech who actually bothered to investigate the issue. He drove it to verify the issue, then he found a P060A-08 Internal Control Module Monitoring Processor Performance code when he scanned. Work order says he "found IPC controls info for app. Update was available for IPC." That seems to have fixed it.

Unfortunately, my wife's 2021 Evoque has the same issue. Took it to the same dealership, even explaining the successful fix from my Defender. This tech was a clown- he claimed he drove it and it was fine. I don't think he even looked at it. When we got back in the car it was just as I reported and has never worked right either before or after the visit. The tech and the service advisor even tried to tell me they can't update software for individual modules, it all comes via the SOTA updates. I know that to be utter B.S., as many TSBs and the shop manual direct the tech to manually update software for individual modules. The IID Tool let's you do it too. Either they are completely incompetent or just lie to your face to get you to go away. Neither is comforting.

Mine does that as well. Is your distance to empty accurate? Mine also says I have 68 miles to empty when I fill up the tank. Sometimes it goes back up to the 200-300-400 mile range but more often than not it's comically wrong.

Have repeatedly asked here and at dealers about how to "reset the eco calculations" and "fuel economy calculations" and have not gotten an answer.

Image below. This was this weekend.

It started when the car was less than a year old. I went on an all weekend off-roading trip, and ever since then the range calculations and eco data is way way off. Software updates have not fixed it. That was in 2021, it's now 3 years later. Still love the beast though!

Mine is generally fine in that regard, although it did fail to reset range after a fill once and then did so at the next restart.
