Default USB connectivity issue

2 USB ports aren’t listed from media source. Does anyone have the same issue?

USB1 and USB2 icons are not listed

Your infotainment is broken. This is normal for Land Rovers. You're welcome.

It doesn't show USB1/2 like a television would cycle thru inputs that are unused. Pretty certain that you have to have an active powered on device actually plugged into a USB port for it to show up as a source.

I've only used my iPhone in one of the USB's (probably just USB C), have never had 2 devices plugged in via hard wire at same time.

Note: the USB in upper right dash does not of course connect to Pivi. Just the 2 in center stack under HVAC controls.

I am able to use one thumb drive with success and another the PIVI refuses to recognize. A clue is that the one uses a more recent SMB2 protocol recognized as being secure and other is much older and is not recognized. My laptop with Windows 11 will play one but not the other as well. My old MINI would play both. I am going to try to transfer the tunes onto a newer device.

Default Problem solved!

Thanks, you’re right! After I re-format my usb stick with NTFS, Pivi Pro is able to access all the songs now. It seems exFAT is not supported
