Default Easiest way to switch user for Apple CarPlay (and Android?)

We’ve had our 130 for two months now. The wifey wants to have her phone as the primary, as she is the primary driver of our mall crawler😂. But when we both get in the car and I’m driving…on weekends trips, etc. and want my phone’s CarPlay to be displayed in the Pivi screen (e.g.,for premium subscribed music services), we seem to forget the easiest way to switch the desired phone for CarPlay, since it automatically has her’s as primary and displays her phone’s CarPlay screen and my phone will only be picked up via Bluetooth. Is there an easier way to do this than having to go to the main settings wheel in the lower right of screen, then “All>Connectivity>Smart Devices> select my phone>Connect Apple CarPlay in upper right>Yes, connect CarPlay to new phone”? First world problems….

We had this problem for the first time yesterday. Couldn't figure it out. Would love the answer!

Switching bluetooth connections for the phone is intuitive enough, but it didn't swap carplay.

I deal with this as well. On the "phone tile" there is a little CarPlay button. I keep my "phone tile" as the first one in my profile and I am able to hit the little CarPlay button and switch to my phone. A few less steps, but still a first world annoyance.

The simplest way would be to just connect with a USB cable and then plug your phone in when you need to use it, and turn off wireless CarPlay and wireless Android Auto.

We turn off Bluetooth for the phone we want to disconnect, the Defender should then go to the second priority phone (yours).
