Battery to circuit and took two black wires through the A-Pillar and up the crack that goes to the inner roof rack. I bought small rubber seal that coves it completely, then up the side mount of the roof rack and over. From the circuit inside, I took it across the inside of the hood, under all the plastic, and took a positive through the side A-pilar, inside the door and into the cubby area where I mounted a round switch- Its not perfect but I couldn't find a port into the cabin from the engine bay....

Black helps, but you'll see in the crack above the pilar a wire fit down in there - I put two separate wires instead of one combine.

As you get towards the rack, I used 2inch gloss black vinyl to cover the wire to the rack
