Yes indeed. There are four "posts" that slide into the rails and then bolt down.

@MattF / @docsigmund - If Matt doesn't pay shipping, let me know. I'm up in Austin and am frequently in the New B area. I may be option #2 and likely pick it up. Heck, we can go from your garage to my roof in the driveway!

Do NOT want to mess up your deal, but if it legit doesn't work - let me know.

Now that is absolutely a #2 offer and thanks. Getting a shipping estimate so we will see. And yes, could do in my driveway. Need three people to do it well. Will let you know. 😊

Thank you, it was a absolute blast but grueling day...I would do it everyday of the week if I could.

Matt, I have looked into three shipping options and found that even if I disassembled the entire rack (which was not done when it came from Frontrunner to the accessory place that installed it) and bought the packaging material, the carton alone would weigh over 50 lbs, and would have a length of 65". The lowest estimated shipping and insurance bid I could get was a little over $400. That was an estimate of shipping from my Land Rover dealer here to the one in Darian, CT near you. FedEx Freight estimate was over $500. I think you are far better served to buy the rack new from Frontrunner and have them get it to you directly or buy from an accessory place near you as I did. Sorry about that as I had no idea freight costs could be that high.

Thank you SO much for looking into this and the offer. I agree it would be better for me to purchase new (wonder how the shops can afford to send these things?)

Looks like the man in Austin in next on the list. You're up @GrouseK9 !

Thanks again!

Matt
