Hi, I currently live in New Zealand but a change in personal circumstances means i will be going back to live in the UK after 16 years. I have investigated exporting my XP400 (2020) back to the UK which would cost around NZ$10,000 all up. But JLR NZ are telling me to reprogramme the vehicle is a risk and that the warranty and service plan would not be valid in UK, but can be purchased at considerable cost (their words!).

Do any forum members have any experience of this and know what sort of cost would be involved? and also are there any other issues with UK regulations i can look forward to?

I would check Defender2.net since they are Euro focused. From what I've seen this board is primarily NA.
