They are not the same. The bumper on the 130 is different to the 110, and the extended arches for the 130 are molded slightly differently in order to fit flush with the rear bumper.
They are almost identical with one Small difference in the rear quarter panel piece. All other components of the arch kit are identical between 110 and 130. If you use the 110 extended arches it'll be short of the bumper 1". That messed with my OCD too much so I couldn't do it. But you may not care. If you have a black defender it'd probably be barely even noticeable.
The black Defender 130 below has the appropriate arches for the 130 (JLR acessorry, notably not painted gloss black). The other one has the extended arches from a 110 on a 130. Its hard to find a good pic with someone who did it on a non black defender. Its way more noticeable on colors other than black. That said, if you really wanted to make it work. I'd get some black vinyl wrap. and wrap just that section its about 1" tall and no more wide than the width of the over fender. Then put the fender on. 99.99999% of folks would not notice. Also only necessary if your defender isn't black.
I strongly considered this because the only way to buy the 130 arches pre painted black were to get the 'ROW' version that has no reflector/lights. In the end I decided to just delete the lights and run the arches without em'. But if thats important to you, its a consideration.
