Well, it you want to know the actual axel weights and not the axel ratings, take your Defender to a truck scale. Scales here in the US have 3 platforms - steer, drive and trailer. Is that not the case elsewhere?

Op had best at least make up a rock lady story now if it didn't really happen. Would be too much of a let down with all thos build-up.
That's the maximum weight per axle.

I know I can go get it weighed, but I was hoping to avoid something like that. Perhaps someone else already has.

As for the stories you invented to explain my absence over a holiday weekend, just after I asked about the cargo capacity of my Defender... I can't help you with your overactive imagination.

Guess I'm confused. You're asking for front and rear axle weight maximums which would be the GAWR listed on your data plate. Are you asking for the axle curb weights? If so, you really need to take your Defender to the scales. Most everyone has different configurations and loadouts which would not be applicable. For example, my 110 weighs in as front axle at 3075 lbs and rear axle at 3045 lbs. But I've got sliders and moved my spare to the roof rack.

That's a little shocking. That's almost 1000 pounds over the published curb weight of a 110. Why?!

That 5035 lb curb weight for a 110 P400 is for a base setup. Add a lb here and there and soon you end up with quite a bit more as the true curb weight for your specific configuration and load out. In my case, let's start with me - I'm quite a bit heavier than the 150 lb allowance for the driver. Now, the options I have: air suspension, tow hitch and custom strengthening bar, front under shield with its heavier support bar, rock sliders, roof rack, panoramic roof, tire inflator, recovery gear (straps, shackles, come-along, and boards), GRMS radio and all of the other miscellaneous crap that is permanently stored in the truck. It all adds up real fast. The good news is that the truck still has for me a reasonable payload remaining of over 850 lbs.
