Haha I can't believe this! I wish I had this level of skill to casually take my whole car apart!

There are some painted areas visible through the wheel arch inner moulding.
So when in Offroad / extended offroad setting these can be seen, I didn't like that.

Front

Driver side fender replaced , aligned exactly as before. Did use the Starrett automatic punch during disassembling, came in handy now.
Well done. I like a good through job; i'd do the same.

Thx. all ! It was my full intention from the beginning to modify, improve, customize and of course to share experience with the community.
I was looking for a new challenge after my 25 years of Jeep, xj stroker, cj7 v8, so gone is the old skool. Learning again of today's modern cars.
The respray now was on the planning from the moment I ordered the car ( august'20 ) I knew this was a labour intensive job, so finally made time for it.

Last tribute to my cj7, private imported from San Diego in 2008. ( This car did already all the American trails and I did the European )

Are you insane? I'd worry about a lot of rattles after doing this. The color is awesome! Maybe you should have added the winch while you had it all apart?
