Does anyone know the details on what "Hong-Kong Off-Road Ride Heights" actually does?

MultiCAN-871 OffRoad Ride Height : Stock setting: Use standard Off-Road height settings (0x1)
Options tree> Use Standard Off-Road Height Settings, Use Hong Kong Off-Road Height Settings, Coil Suspension
