Default cheapest and best method to increase ride height

What is the best and cheapest method to increase my ride height? I'm aware of johnson rods and programming as options. However, I can't figure out what the least expensive programming tool is available that would increase the ride height and store the settings.

Least expensive is RSW Solutions software for just under $200 shipped with a ODBII dongle that works with most other phone apps also. But the software is a little buggy and there is no support - I know this all too well. But it certainly gets the job done.

My opinion, best is not usually cheapest
If you are potentially spending $100-$200 on just height control, I would advise you just save up a bit more and get the GAP IIDtool

It will do height - and a jillion other important and necessary things
It is truly an indispensable tool, and recommended for any LR3 owner

Mine has probably saved me thousands over paying shop rates for repairs I did myself using the tool
