My dealer says Land Rover isn't making touch up paint for many of the colors now used on the Defender? How can this be true? I'm in need of some touch up paint for Gondwana Stone - any suggestion where I can track some down?

I had a good experience! My sense is these are probably mixed, in all cases, in very small batches. Very difficult to guarantee whether you're going to get a good/bad batch with any one supplier vs another. With that being said, I've never gotten a bad batch myself...

 

It should not be a problem. I ordered spray cans of primer, top coat and clear coat for my RRS where I had to paint a replacement door mirror. Perfect match. So then I ordered touchup pens for my Defender--also Gondwana stone. I've not had to use it yet, but I have no doubt it will be a good match.
