It’s roughly 76.25” to the top of the fin in access mode.

I have a '22 P400 on 20s with Crossbars and I have to use access mode to get into my garage. Once I put it in access mode, it stays in access mode until I put it in normal or I start driving more than a certain speed ~15-20mph.

Also for what its worth, I measured the garage and the car a dozen times before I took it home and it fits with a a few (1-2) inches to spare. The garage measured 78 inches at its lowest but somehow it still fits, couldn't tell you how though.

Thanks guys! I'm hoping they won't charge me more because I'm .25" over 76"!

You can lock the vehicle to the access height. If I recall correctly, it’s achieved by pressing and holding the air suspension button (the lower button obviously) for a few seconds and you will see that the button shows a “lock” symbol. This feature becomes very useful if you need to drive around inside a garage with a low ceiling because if you don’t lock it at access height, it will automatically raise back to normal height once you reach a certain speed…..Google the defender manual online to reconfirm

yes, we use this daily as our fin almost touches the vinyl flange at the top of our garage opening
