Default "How to" get parts port installed

Guys, this should not be too difficult, but my local JLR dealer claims that getting stuff installed "on the way in" at the port is beyond them? Dunno why, except it is bound to result in more revenue if they don't. They claim that they can't find the right parts.

I am sure that we have lots of people who have don't this, so - all I want is the missing pieces of the "Extended Black" theme pack ($1310> added to my D90S P300 which offers the full "Bright" theme for $1200 but the basic Black theme for $650.

The difference is 3 pieces, front and rear "skid pans" which we call bumpers and a loadspace trim piece. Can't seem to find part numbers myself.

Why two posts asking the same question? The Port is not designed as a job shop. They install some parts that were ordered with the options and model you chose to build and spec. The port does not install parts that were not available on your build sheet just because you want them to. Even if you give the dealership the part number you find on the internet. The port just does not work that way. Maybe just paint the ones that come with what you ordered?

True, the original post went off on another tangent, and I was looking for exactly what you stated. There seems to be a group of people that think the opposite (that you can get anything you can find parts-wise installed as a PIO), but I was 99% sure it works as you described, which is what I hoped to find. There is a 3rd-party Chinese aftermarket set of nine pieces that comprise the front and rear bumper and near-by parts. Looks like around $800 plus what it costs to be installed.
