That's what I was told, but I think it stayed at Nitra a while. Not sure my sales rep knows exactly the dates but apparently it is at port now.

I have no idea. I don't even know which "port of exit" they are referring to. My dealer is not overflowing with details.

Got a voicemail from the ordering manager at my dealer; he orders for 3 Atlanta JLR stores. My build date was supposed to be 5/7; the truck was actually shipped to England and was at Southampton early, on 5/5. Delivery has always been 7/2. This is what the VM said:

“What’s taking so long is that apparently we have a lot of cars at the port of England that are waiting completion on one thing or the other and that’s why they haven’t shipped yet. They’re 99% complete but they’re still waiting on some part before they can ship the car to us. So that’s why it’s been completed since the beginning of May but hasn’t shipped yet. Apparently there’s literally thousands of cars at the port waiting on this.”

No idea what this could mean. They shipped it from Nitra incomplete and now it’s waiting for parts in England? Mines a 400 110 XD HSE, no Packs, small screen. I don’t even know what things are supposed to be installed at the Port of Brunswick, if any.

Interesting, thanks for that info. Makes a lot of sense and explains why many are caught in limbo.

I took delivery yesterday from one of those stores. Build date was 4/30. Crazy they would sit incomplete. They also didn’t install an accessory at the port in Brunswick due to inventory.

Chips.... Vehicles are being shipped minus the chips they need.

Default 4 weeks from build

So to answer the original question… for mine it was four weeks from build (5/13) to loaded on a ship in Southampton and departure (6/9 on the K-line ro/ro ship “Horizon Highway”). Total mystery as to what and where it was in the interim.

Projected to arrive in Brunswick, GA on 6/26 and at my dealer (800 miles due west) on 7/9.

110 SE with the large screen. All accessories have arrived in stock and to be dealer installed…. Thanks to my SA putting in orders for ladder, roof rack, fender flares and cargo partition in early March!

Update:

On ship "Horizon Highway".
Just left Southampton, 9 June 08:45 UTC
Due to arrive Baltimore 17 June.

Build date was 14 May. So was sitting and being transported over a three week+ period.

My dealer is in NC. No idea when it will get there.

Just got called from my dealer -- also on Horizon Highway. Showing 7/9 delivery to Atlanta dealership, one week after original projection. I hope all of ours get along well on the voyage to the New World.
