Default I need help from someone outside of North America please!

I'm doing some ccf file updating for my 2022 Defender and I need a VIN of a V8 007 defender that is located in any European country please?

The reason I'm asking is there is a cool feature that is baked into our 2022

2 models and its on available on European spec V8 defenders.

It's called Dynamic configurable mode that is not terrain response 2.

Hi Mark, have you tried reaching out to Mo at LR Retrofits? He’s got lots of experience in enabling features on JLR vehicles and can connect remotely to make the necessary changes.

Yes I have. Mo isn't doing updates remotely on 2022 models so he can't help.

@Mark1107 - Is that because the 2022's have additional lock out features or he just hasn't started those file changes yet? If the former, I'm SOL on some of the scavenger hunts I'm playing for parts.

Also, I was going to suggest scanning Copart for VIN's, but it looks like @Jomara nailed it for you.

holy smokes. Thanks Jomara! I have no freaking idea why UK guards vins like people can duplicate cars, lol. Thank you. That’s exactly what I’m looking for!

Mo said he doesn’t do 22s remotely because there are software programming/writing issues? I’m not really sure, he wasn’t specific, I don’t want to put words in his mouth. Mo is very talented and can do wonders, I’m sure he will do 22’s or not, it’s up to him, he’s a great guy who helped me immensely. I know he can knock 20’s and 21’s out of the park home runs.

The good news is I have a tool and pathfinder and I’m learning through it.

Grouse, the trailer hitch, rear locker, most stuff is on eBay. Or eBay.uk the clear sight mirror can be had if you google Robin of Duckworth parts uk. Also Rancho Mirage Land Rover has a special connection to Solihull and can get stuff too.

what are you doing?
