Having issues connecting my V8 to the app. It connected first day at the dealer but hasn’t since. Shows fine on the website, vehicle is in my app but I can’t control anything. I also can’t log into my account under users on the pivipro. Any suggestions?

Same happened to mine as well. Sometimes, their server is down and will cause one or both apps to go down.
