What are the surface materials (not seats) on the interior trim of the defender? This is my first Land Rover and I'm not familiar with some of these materials...like the covering of the cross-beam top and bottom. What is safe to use as a cleaner?

That's what I figured. I would still like to know what the material is...

 

Some kind of neoprene like fabric. Nobody seems to have details on it, but fabric cleaner or a damp cloth seem to clean it up just fine.
