Default Interior vibrating loudly in far rear area

Hey guys,

My back interior vibrates like crazy when I'm running at a lower speed, or coming to a stop, its definitely far rear driver's side, its very loud - I cannot pin point the location of exact problem at this time and was curious if anyone else has this issue, or fixed it by knowing what part is actually vibrating at lower speeds. Could be the piece that's technically on the roof around the side glass where there is like a place to hang a clothes hanger? or is it the plastic piece that holds around the middle seat's seatbelt?

one thing to quickly check is the plastic trim around the alpine windows interior. Mine was loose. Not clipped in correctly.

Also check the rear tailgate door. It might need a minor adjustment.
