Default KO2 vs KO3?

I’ve just purchased a set of the white steel 18” rims. Still have to get the brake caliper conversion done, but I’m trying to figure out which tires to buy. I believe the two sizes that fit are the OEM 255/70r18 and also the 275/65r18.

for the new KO3, they’re available starting Aug this year for the 275/65s. If I want to stay with OEM sizes then it’s the KO2. Any thoughts / recommendations?

The other common size is the 265/70r18. That's what I put on my steel wheels. (Bfg KO2). I believe that size just came out in KO3 which is what I would do but I still love my KO2 in 265/70r18.

265/70 is a taller tire. No rubbing or do you have a lift?

No rubbing, it's the tallest tire you can put on the 18 with no rubbing. No rubbing even in access height and turning full lock. Several people on the board run that size.

steelies won’t fit P400 following the caliper swap. You will also need spacers and possibly additional trimming.

no lift options in 18” rim include

255/70 OEM 32”
275/65 32”

265/70 32.6”

all fit without lift. KO2 true sizing matches nominal sizing.
