Something fishy here. Just not sure where the smell is coming from. Lots of people suggesting emails and letters to be sent to JLR. But from reading the previous posts, please have someone help with the grammar, punctuation and sentence structure if you expect to be taken seriously. Corporate offices tend to address these issues at a higher level, and the current level is not up there just yet. Just saying.

I got a response from customer service for my issue, they even opened a ticket. My Def hasn't updated the software for the almost year and half I have owned it. Dealer said they couldn't manually, to wait for the over-the-air. LRNA says they can manually and will find out why they think they can't. At least they are trying at this point.
