Default Land Rover App - "Route"

The Land Rover Remote app works fine on my 2020.5 Defender HSE. When I asked the dealer if I can send the car a destination from my phone - he said to use the "Route" app. Downloaded the app - but doesn't recognize car - and wondering if this is on some other system. Anyone have luck sending destinations to their car? If so, how did you get to work?

I have the same issue and the dealer told me many are as well. At this point I don’t care and here is why-On my RAM 1500 I had their U Connect service which allowed me to send routes to the truck which was quick and worked great. I was excited to replicate the process with the Landrover Route app. Quite frankly it is so very easy to talk a route into the new Pivi Pro system that I do not need a Route app. I can just find it on my phone and talk it in. It is much better than any previous car I have had. Also with Apple car play I could use SIRI to do the same on Apple Maps on my screen. So I am not going to waste any effort on the Landrover Route App. My thoughts anyway.
