Default LED Angel eyes headlight replacement

My LED half circle (Angel Eyes) has gone out. Does anyone have a part number or a how to replace this without replacing the entire headlight? 2020 Defender 110 HSE.

You may want to check out the thread about it that was started last week. Seems like much of this may be a JLR problem. Contact your dealer.

Same happened to my 2020 HSE and the dealer replaced the entire headlamp assembly. It took a few weeks for the part to come in.

As cars go out of warranty these prematurely dying signature LEDs are going to become a huge PR problem for LR. A replacement "premium" headlight (the one with the signature LED) is something like $2300.00, plus labor (and a new headlight may need to be programmed into the electronics, I am not certain any garage could install it.) Used eBay units pop up every now and then but you take your chances, first you need to order the exact match to yours, secondly 1 out of 2 is likely to have an issue when you plug it in (which is why it ended up on eBay to begin with..) I had one halo failure before my warranty was up about 3 months ago, the headlight was replaced under warranty. A couple of weeks ago, the halo on the other headlight went out, but I am past the warranty period. I'll live without it for now, but it's annoying.

Oh wow that is pretty cruddy that it went just past warranty. Guessing you've put a ton of miles on the truck? (otherwise I'd think US Defenders are all still under warranty on a 4 year / time basis). I do know if my $2300 headlight went out just out of warranty I'd be after JLR to replace it gratis. These DRL's are there for safety more than they're there for looks and the safety argument often gets things ... done. I had an L494 sport that the rear LED taillight on the drivers side went out at 60k miles, Land Rover Buckhead replaced it for me without grumbling about it.. (I'd bought 3 cars there)

53K miles. Dealer said pretty much... tough luck, and I've bought 3 LR in a row there. Their service dept is the worst, but that's par for the course here in SoCal. They are all bad.
