I love the fact that I can fit a full bag of Doritos into the front console cubby hole on my new 110 X, but I like having cold drinks in the fridge on 120 degree days in the Mojave desert even more, which means that I need a good solution to store all my crap so I can keep the fridge clear.

I've seen a handful of cool aftermarket drop in trays, but they all seem fairly shallow. Ideally, I'd like a bin that went all the way to the bottom shelf and even back under the cup holders that also had a nice lid. I don't need regular access to the power jacks, so I would be happy to cover it for a clean look. I'm not unwilling to fab something myself, but it would be great if solutions or partial solutions already exist.
