Default Lift, Bigger Tires, and Spacers?

Anyone have experience wheel spacers running a lift and larger tires. My set up is 1.5” lifting rods with 275/60/20 BFG KO2’s. I was thinking about spacers to fill the wheel well better especially since I have wheel arch extensions on also. Looking to some experience reports and size recommendations. I believe I have space on the backside of my wheels for thinner spacers without cutting lugs. Would love to see some pictures of the results if someone has some.

ORDPA,

Please review the Sticky - No lift tire size guide at the top of this forum. Much of the info you are seeking is contained within. The thread talks about both lift and no lift tire sizes as well as different spacers.

Already did. Read the whole thread a couple times. It mentions possibly using them but there are no reports on specifically what I am asking. I asked in that thread as well a while back but never got an answer and was informed it was the no lift tire size thread. So I am hoping to get info not contained in that thread. Thanks for the advice though.

No one with real info? Guess I will play with it on my end and report back on my findings to maybe help the next person who has the same question.

I'm running BGF A/T 305/50/20 on my Defender 90... zero rub and no need for front spacers..I did add 30mm spacers on the rear ..

Are you running a lift as well? If so what size? Nice to know and 1+ inch wider tire fits. I have an idea how to test before I order. Was considering 25mm front, 30mm rear.

Well it looks like spacers are a no go unless I want to lift more or do some cutting/modification. I have slight rubbing in access mode at full lock. And very little room in drive height. The rub is just enough to take the dust off the plastic. Pushing the tires out another inch would only increase this best I can tell. The rub is only at the front so the plastic over the intercoolers would require modification. Will have to think on that before I do that.
