The saga continues. The selling dealership says they didn't put the locks on, JLR says they didn't put them on, but when I look at the 2021 order sheet, it says the locks are standard features. So they probably came from the factory. My local dealer ordered me a replacement ($35), so I just decided to let it go. I ordered four replacement tires, because my spare tire had only been used for 3 days, but when the dealership changed my tires, they changed the original spare tire and left the flat tire on the back of the car!! Sheesh.

We just picked the car up on the 3rd, so hopefully the spare is still there.
