There are a few you can use based upon what part of DFW you are in. Towards Lewisville and Denton? Olivers Automotive. More towards Carrollton? Protech. In Dallas off of 635 is North Texas British and then out in the FW area you have Cowtown Rovers. You can't go wrong with any of them. Olivers has done work on my previous D2, D5, and recently my Lr4 when I picked up my 130 at LRDFW.

They are doing install and program as well? because I know that not only install the hitch, they also need to program. I live in Carrollton, but I can drive if the shop can do.

Any of those shops I mentioned can do the programming. Oliver's was completing a 110 for the hitch and software when I picked up my LR4 back in March for a timing chain replacement.

I've just mounted a NAS hitch on my ( ROW ) New Defender MY21.

I needed to modify the loom on the towbar from 7 wires to 11 for the Euro 13 pin socket.
This involved some work, money and time.

Back to topic, mounting the electronics in the car, 1 hour labour
Mounting the Towbar with the 24 heavy bolts, 4 hours labour
Programming with the GAP iidtool v4 , 20 minutes.

So I hope this is helpful if you get a quote , labour 6 hours maximum.

No, it won't do anything like that, but it should be programmed regardless, as its part of the installation process. Usually shops won't charge extra for programming and just have it included in the price of the work.

You can program the vehicle yourself using a GAP tool if you really don't want to have someone else do it.

I would check the U-Haul stores for that.

I see U-Haul install the hitch for around $1300, but I not sure They do the programming or not, but if no issue for only the bike rack or cargo I can do with U-Haul
