There are some people who would order a full course expensive meal and if several dishes are off but others are good they won't say a word, won't fill out a survey / comment card and come back for more besides. Takes all kinds I guess. In some cases that may be a restaurant owner's dream customer but I doubt it. I think when you're in competition with other establishments you understand that you need constant improvement with each iteration. I think some folks are content just riding around with the 'badge' and honestly couldn't care less if a mainstream badge actually made a better vehicle, there's a lot of vanity in play.

I can't wait for my Land Rover because they really do feel unique in this market between capability and luxury. I've never had one and knowing all of these reliability issues exist was still not enough to deter.
You have the correct mindset to become a long term Land Rover enthusiast. The mix of luxury and capability is the reason you buy a Land Rover. I can comfortably drive 4 hours to VT through the worst snow storm in winter and through deep, soft beach sand on a beautiful summer day.
