Other option is to grind the original calipers and fit the 18s. I did that on my 2020 and has been great ever since. Working now to fit 34s with the cooler mod. Actually bought the lucky8 calipers but now they are my spares

I think the illuminated check engine light comes standard on our new Defenders.

 

Update: dealer cleared the code, and all is well. They updated the ABS module software.

I think the lesson for others doing this is to disconnect the battery during the procedure.
