Default Milltek Confusion

I'm perusing Milltek exhaust options for my '23 Defender V8 and keep coming across references on Milltek's website to "OPF/GPF". Being a LR newbie, I have no clue what these references mean. Anyone know?

And maybe to shortcut my research, which of Milltek V8 exhausts is the go to for good, but not obnoxious, sound and best appearance? TIA.

Patrol particulate filters, also referred to as OPFs (otto partikelfilter) and GPFs (gasoline particulate filters). North American vehicles don't have the OPF like European cars do. From what I am seeing it's European reg.

the opf filter actually sits in front of the catalytic converter on euro cars. i did a bunch of research before ordering my Miltek systems. all miltek systems offered fit both euro and us cars
