I had the mirrors setup to fold on lock but this has now stopped. Also at this point I can no longer fold them by holding the two buttons on the mirror controll. Any ideas whats going on?

 

If the mirrors adjustment buttons work normally, that should exclude the possibility of a bad fuse somewhere. Was one of the mirrors accidentally knocked out of position maybe (car wash brushes, tree branches, bushes, etc.?) Try pressing the manual fold (the two mirror buttons on the driver door simultaneously) a couple of times in a row to see if they re-sync and start moving again. If nothing happens, go outside the car and physically push both mirrors folded against each door, then unfold them until they "snap" in their open position, start the car and try pushing the manual fold buttons together again a couple of times until they hopefully start folding and unfolding. Last thing I'd try is a battery reset.

I tried all your suggestions, other then battery and it still does't fold. I can manipulate the mirror, but not fold. How does one do the battery reset?

 

Be Same thing happened to me after it came out the dealer whilst getting the Pivi Pro looked at. Somehow they had switched it off. The auto fold is something that the service tech can ‘switch on or off’ .(the drip wipe feature also had stopped working) dealer fixed it next time I brought it in.
