Hi all, I’m hoping someone can help.. I’ve recently bought a first edition defender, which I’m over the moon with! But I’m just trying to sus out all the bits and pieces on it. I’ve watched some YouTube videos on the voice control system and apparently there is a wake word toggle for the infotainment system a bit like Alexa or Siri.. this is also in the handbook as an option. My problem is that for the life of me I can’t find the option. So my question is where is it or do I need to update my system to have this available? The dealership were useless and apparently don’t think this option exists although it’s even in the handbook 🤦🏻‍♂️

 

You may not have received the update that enables that option yet. It was introduced with version 2.0.6 of the Pivi Pro infotainment software, which started uploading in mid-December to most of us. but a few owners may still be waiting.
