Sheesh, @jasper , you have the patience of Job! Mine was 4 months and 4 days from order placed to arrival at my dealer. Congratulations and sorry you had to wait so long.

waited over a year. jeez. i wanted a pretty basic P300 so maybe kept getting pushed to back of the line so they could sell more expensive rigs?
I ordered a pretty low-option P300 as well and I am sure that is what they did. I ordered mine in January, dealer kept telling me "no P300 allocations yet, but I can get you a P400."

Mine is headed through the Panama Canal in a few days. Should be in Spokane by end of month. I thought 8 months was a long wait.

Enjoy!

Default Took Delivery of my 110X on Friday, Aug 4

BL: Original date was Aug 28. Timeline: Modified existing dealer allocation on 4/26. Expected build date was 6/9 but it was actually born on 6/5. Followed the Cepheus Leader from Germany through the Panama Canal to the Port of San Diego. At port they installed the mud flaps, side step rails and extended wheel arches. It left SD on 8/1 and arrived in Colorado Springs the morning of 8/4. The dealer did a PDI and quick clean and was ready for pickup at 4pm. I did quick walk around and drove it home about an hour later. I was able to do all of the "paperwork" the previous Friday to streamline the delivery. All I had to do was give them a check. Everything I ordered was there. Large Pivi Pro screen, Clearsight rear view mirror, HUD, full digital dash, solar attenuating windshield, off-road tires, and Meridian Surround Stereo.

Only 2 small issues: 1. Right front extended wheel arch was not completely flush...seemed like some of the adhesive didn't stick; 2. Small white discoloration in the right headlamp area next to the headlight washer. I didn't notice this until Sunday morning. Called Monday and booked a service appt and they said they will take care of it right away. Other than that the car was perfect. I took it off-road Sunday morning and used all of the different off-road modes, low gear and raised/lowered the air suspension. Nothing too crazy but got the front left and rear right tires off the ground. The chassis is stiff. I didn't even know they were off the ground until my spotter told me. The traction control/lockers did their job as there was no wheel spin on the airborne wheels. Hopefully, this is a new start for Land Rover and the new Defender starts reversing the Reliability factor. It's only been out 3-4 years and most of the issues I've heard about was from the year 1 and 2. Hopefully, the pictures post. Say hello to Tank...

I had the same white discoloration on the headlight trim from a leaky headlight washer jet.

Same. All 3 of my small washer jets leak and the 2 for the headlights have stained the headlight surrounds.

Dealer said that they would likely replace the housing but are looking to find the root cause and solution. It's a pretty expensive car to have these discolorations on day 2 . The left side and a small white ring around the washer area but no discoloration. Maybe I'll get that area PPF/ceramic coated to help prevent future occurrences. What could be making this discoloration? What kind of washer fluid are they using?

Congrats!. We were nearly twins. My X was built a few days after yours (6/11) and from the looks of it, nearly identical build. I changed from Eiger Gray to Carpathian Gray at the last minute though. I do have the Vintage Tan interior, which I love. Like yours, I also went with the Starlight Satin Chrome finishes instead of black. I just like the depth to the appearance it provides. I also went with the red recovery points because it goes well with the red brake calipers. I had mine wrapped in Xpel Stealth PPF with the black areas done in Xpel Gloss. Not trying to copy the Carpathian Edition as I was going to do that with Eiger Gray too. I have another 1k miles to complete the break-in before I can take it off-road. Looking forward to that!

Yup, same here. My Defender is 2 weeks old and the driver's side washer jet is weeping.
