Are you in the USA? Earlier in the year we heard quite the opposite that the P400 where constrained and they were going to prioritize P300 builds, strange...

Ah so you went with a different model. Misunderstood your "spent an extra 10k" comment there.

 

They flip flopped on the issue over the last 6 months.. First it was no P300 because "more margin on P400" now it is "P300 uses less chips so we can build more so no P400".

 

Question for those waiting on their P300 seemingly built around 4/29. Have you heard any updates as of yet ? My dealer said they would update me around "mid april" and hasn't responded to an email since... are all those P300s scheduled to be built in April still being built?

 

I heard mine got pushed back a week on delivery to 7/29.

 

I have a P300 110s scheduled to be built on 4/29 as well.............I spoke with my dealer ( who has been upfront and honest with me so far) yesterday, and he said that all is on schedule as of right now but he would not know any more untill the 29th

Are there any Australian users on this forum? I ordered a 110 in Feb ‘22 but haven’t heard anything from the dealer yet. What are your experiences?

Reading some of the comments from the US users it looks like the vehicles are being delivered relatively quickly. I’m very jealous!

I was told it would likely be a nine month delivery when I ordered.

 

I ordered a P400 110X in late January this year and was told delivery would be around December…so yeah, very jealous of the US users and their “long” six’ish month waits!

I hadn’t had an update from the dealer since ordering so followed up last week and was told I’m still in the holding pool and awaiting a build slot at the factory and I’m 4th in the que at JLR (I’m assuming at the dealer) to get the petrol Defender slotted.
