My delivery went very smooth. The car turned out pretty awesome, much better than I expected.
After driving it all weekend, I'm pretty blown away. It is beyond comfortable on the road, and the features are all very well thought out and work as intended, with the exception of the auto-steer, which I have not gotten to work yet. I am unsure if this is just taking time to calibrate or if there is an issue with the system in general.
When you do your deliver, be sure to have them walk you through the remote app setup as it is a bit cumbersome, but once setup, it is very easy to use.
I'm going to polish the paint and seal with a ceramic coat this weekend, will also apply shatter-x to the windshield.
Yes, I'm going to put on two coats of Car-Pro's since it has managed to keep our tesla's super soft paint nice and clear. If that fails, then I will cough up the cash for a PPF film.

installed my roof rack, gear box and ladder this weekend. raised air intake and winch still to come!

Interesting that you have 'stuff' missing or changed from your original X spec, not seemingly related to the chip shortage. My X is due next week and now I've shot an email to the dealer asking if there any any surprises awaiting me.
Everything mentioned as missing will be missing on yours sad to say (I hope things have improved and I'm wrong). Same on mine that I picked up 2 weeks ago.
@randomwatchman i will hope for the best for you, but @MattF is likely right in that those reported items will not be present.
the good news… all the other items were there (clearsight, large 11” display, hud, digital cockpit).
the rear chairback usb-c outlets would have been nice.
as far as the power outlets in the center console… @sna77 had his shop install them on his ‘23 110 v8. he was also able to order the overhead console with the sunglasses holder and swap it out.
