My dynamic x was a 5k markup. V8's were 60k mark up and the X models were 10k markup. Dealer said they would take the mark up away if by chance when the vehicle is delivered they are no longer doing mark ups. Boston MA area.

 

No markup on customer orders, but if the deal falls through and it becomes an “inventory” car, the markups are very high. And used Defenders are selling above new. We got lowballed on our trade but was only in the $2k range. No add ons.

 

I ordered over a year ago and my deposit contract has it in writing that my sale price is MSRP... but since then they are now charging 7% ADM. So luckily I snuck in for MSRP and the original price before Land Rover base price increase. There list is a mile long for people waiting for allocations.

 

New York City Land Rover still charging $10K over sticker, found a dealer in Jersey charging MSRP.

 

I'm in the Bay Area and apparently the $10k is for all new orders. In a bit of a tough spot, as my MY22 was unfortunately totaled in a crash (and probably saved my life).

JLR actually agreed to cover the cold climate pack in the deal …

 

No mark up at the Fairfield County dealers on orders....they don't have any stock cars so no idea if they'd mark those up, if they had them.

 

i had to put $1k down to custom order mine, which is applicable to the car when I buy it, dealer has committed that they do not markup (Raleigh, NC) i have bought other cars from that group and they never have before (in 2021 as well, high demand VW ID.4 EV) so I believe them up until I don't
