well mine did slip from 2/11 as a build date to 3/11 BUT maybe because I‘m based in the EU (Germany) that changes things
keeping fingers cross JLR now sticks to the date

Finally have my dates!Signed config, $1000 deposit on Defender 90 9/25/2021
.
Got a slot in dealer's allotment of 8 Defenders ......1/14/2022
Got my dates (today) ........................................2/7/2022
Last change date (but each change could delay)... 3/10/2022
Build date .................................................. .....4/10/2022
Delivery date .................................................. 6/10/2022
.
Changed my config to a Dynamic X hoping it helps to get the Driver Information Display. Sadly, no jump seats, period. And the 11.4 and clearview are only available on the full X. It's $12K more, which I would pay, but cannot get my Tasman Blue.

Congrats @Trauma . It SLAYS me that the remove colors with higher trim. I SOOOO wanted Tasman Blue with a white roof. There's always a wrap, but I'm just not into that.

Exactly. I understand having special colors at the high end, but not carrying a color along from the lower end? And the white top makes zero sense. I finally gave up on it hoping the Dynamic will have the missing electronics.

I am so with you on this! It should be the complete opposite... reward people for paying more... not the opposite.

same here I went for the standard 110 SE as I wanted Tasman Blue and the white roof. I choose all the extras as well so mine is more than an X-Dynamic.
Here in Germany the word is that if you order the ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) and the ClearSight rear mirror you have to wait even longer. Which I did.
my build slot now is 3/11/2022 used to be 2/11/2022. Hoping JLR has some chips to build mine.

My order was also allocated 1/14/2022 - Defender 110 X-Dynamic SE 400PS in Gondwana Stone with the Satin factory wrap, black roof with extended black. Original delivery date 6/16/22 just got pushed out to 7/15/22 due to shortage of chips specifically for the 6 cylinder engine.

1/14/22 Order Confirmed
4/20/22 Last Amendment
5/20/22 Build Date
7/15/22 Delivery Date

Having purchased a few cars from them and sent them a fair bit of new business, I'm fairly confident that they value the relationship and are honest with me. That said, they're now imposing a minimum (minimum!!) $10K markup on all Defender factory orders, with markups on any V8 currently quoted at $30K. Is it the same elsewhere in the country, or is this a Pacific Northwest problem?
My son placed an order for a Defender S 4-cylinder on Saturday 2/6/21 with local dealer in Metro Detroit, they said they will order at MSRP and that the order will take about 6 months.. We will see...
