Nice! My build date for my 90/P300 is 2/9/24 with delivery 4/19/24. Looks like we are in the same batch!

My dealer also said the 90 allocations are pretty thin compared to the 110. Heck I ordered/placed deposit on this early September and this was the earliest allocation they had!

And @AT685 that's great news! I never drove a P400... only test drove the P300 and yes it's not a BMW B58... but for me it was fine. I'd get a dedicated sports car if I really wanted a go fast fun car. I also wanted a less complicated engine setup. That's just me... prior vehicle history has multiple 4Rs and GX460s. Something to be said for simplicity.

Drinking beer and watching P400 videos I can tell you I've had multiple emails saved in my draft folder addressed to my AE saying I wanted to change. The next morning I deleted those emails... Wisdom has taught me when enjoying my favorite beverage instead of sending the email I save it in the draft folder for a second read the next day

Congrats on your allocation.

So I almost bought an incoming P400 last month but didn’t want to have regrets not having the P500. My main runs besides daily driving will be to the hill country in Texas and I do tow. I wanted to have all the available power for that purpose. Also the 130 because I’m not so concerned with the angles as much as I’m about hauling my kids, wife and dogs along with all the stuff.
Already this Christmas I’ll be going to a farm on 100 acres with 7 of us - will use the overhead and maybe a hitch cargo carrier or even pull. The entrance to the property requires off road capability but is pretty flat. My daily for years has been a Raptor and the ability to load up and pull on road trips has been the thing I’ve needed the most. My wife has an RR but we never towed with it.

Congrats on your allocation.
Wish I left emails in the draft. Once drinking wine on my holiday in the alps I ordered my Alpina B7. Worst purchase ever - went through 11 new tires on a full on white interior that no matter what was so difficult to maintain.

Pleasant surprise my '24 Defender showed up at the dealer a week early. Extremely happy with it thus far. No A-pillar noise or interior rattles (yet). I don't drive much so it'll be a longgg 2,000 mile break-in period before I can really open up the P400.

Slight disappointment the rear seat power options dropped to only 2 USB A ports. 6 ports were overkill, but I thought the back-of-the-seat USB ports remained on newer builds.

I kind of regret not equipping the ambient lighting. I say kind of because for $1,000 that's a lot for some interior lighting that I would never change colors. There's already a soft white glow in the footwells, door pockets, and door handles. An extra dim light over the D E F E N D E R in the passenger-side dash would have been a nice touch. With the USB port right there maybe I can figure out a light strip solution that doesn't look ridiculous. I wish LR bundled the ambient lighting and illuminated tread plate together as a $500 'lighting' package and the center console fridge as a separate $500 option.

My only real knock - the reverse lighting truly is ABYSMAL. Already placed an order for Hunters Prestige V3 reverse light kit. With shipping from UK it was still cheaper than Lucky8.

Placed an order in mid August for a P300. I was told a few weeks later that the delivery date should be around 1/20/2024. Just got a call last week saying likely coming around 12/29 so that was a nice surprise. Located in NY.

After going through an order on a 130 last year and almost purchasing that and an RR Sport, I ultimately decided to put myself on a waitlist for a Full-Size RR last month, at the same dealer I purchased my Defender a few years back. Just thought I'd update you guys, as I plan on keeping this vehicle when it eventually comes in.
