Default MY23 Configurator/Order challenges

Is anybody else having issues placing an order configured in the 2023 configurator?

This started with configuring a 110 P400 X model using the US market configurator. After selecting the Gondwana Stone exterior, I selected Acorn for the interior - however, as soon as I selected the Cold Climate package the interior reverted back to Vintage Tan. Same is true if you just select the heated steering wheel. So I visited my local dealer to get the order clarified but things got even more confusing - apparently I can't even have the Vintage Tan, just black on the MY23 interior with either the X-Dynamic SE or X. Is this really true? Apparently I can still take a 2022 model with delivery in March '22 with the options I want, but this doesn't seem consistent with what I am reading on the forum.

I'm hoping these are just system issues so I can get a 2023 order in play with the spec I want. As of right now, I'm not able to place an order even with the Ford Model A color options. Have to wait for an open call slot apparently..

Heated steering wheel and seats are only available with some types of leather. Probably has something to do with it.

I just went in and did a build and submitted to my sales contact for order - no issues...

Which model, X or X-Dynamic with non-black interior? 2023 I assume.

The leather seats may be a prerequisite for cold pack, but the 14-way "Heated and Cooled Seats" are shown as standard for the Acorn interior in US market. Odd therefore that the steering wheel, windshield, or washer jets would drive the change.

My build was an 110 X with black leather and cold climate pack...

Hi. Newbie here, first post.
After looking at the Defender for a couple months and seeing how scarce they are, we decided to take the plunge and order a MY23 110s. Went to the local dealer and asked about the ordering process. Salesman said email him the build and he would put it in the queue and then order it when he could. I got the impression that it might take a while for the order to even get to LR.

Is this normal? It might take quite a while to even send the order to Land Rover?
