New Pivi 4.0.0 update is incoming

2021 Evoque Pivi pro updates
I have a 2021 Evoque HSE with Pivi pro that had a software update last done in 2021 OS 2.1.8 I can’t get any answers of Land Rover or the dealership on how to get it to get new software I am a bit disappointed as it was one of the reasons I chose this particular car having pivi pro and the automatic updates. Any help would be much appreciated. Lee
