Can you please confirm that you have the full size mud flaps? Looks like you have them up front, would assume you also have them in the rear.
I have the same truck and have been leaning towards 275/60/20 KO2's w/ a 1" lift, but I really don't want to deal with rubbing or modifying/removing my full size flaps.
Method Race Mr706 18x9 ET25 w/ Falken wildpeak at3w 265/70/18. Minor rubbing at full lock in reverse, about the same as stock GY Wrangler on 20s w/ 30mm spacers. No noticeable rubbing in normal height, although it looks like the tread touches the liner, but is so minor it doesn't make any noise unlike in access height.

Yes, I had the Offroad Package Goodyear Adventures before. For ride quality, I found the most important factor was tire pressure. At the Heavy Load recommend pressures, both the Goodyears and BFGs rode rough but once I reduced the pressures closer to light load (40/42) the ride was much better. The BFG might have slight advantage on ride quality due to there being just a bit more rubber in general. As far as tire noise is concerned, there is a bit of tire noise with the BFG but with radio on, it is not noticeable in the least. The only real on-road drivability change was acceleration. With the tires being slightly bigger and a lot thicker, they are heavier and that does result in a minor dip in zip. Don't get me wrong, the P400 is still a rocket ship compared to most SUV's but wanted to point out there might me a minor hit on launch. That said, in the woods, this slight zip dip is an advantage, it made the throttle control over rocks a little less jumpy. My final thought is this, after a week I had completely acclimated to the BFG and would not dream of going back to the Goodyear, the BFG just has too many advantages with offroad traction, durability and frankly, badass factor.
Thank you!! This was exactly the detail I wanted. I also run the GY at low load tire pressures most of the time for exactly the same reasons. When I really have loaded up the car on a long trip i go to heavy loan and still a little under the recommended pressures and the ride (and rattles) are much better.
Mounted my 3rd set today, for Autumn + Winter Did some run in today on Highway and light offroad, they're quiet and feel very confident. Let's see how they hold up.
