For what it’s worth, my 2022 V8 90, which I purchased second-hand, sounded terrible. Real buzz from speakers. Over two days, I stripped the car and discovered the following issues:

- Front driver tweeter was loose and not fitted.
- Passenger mid was loose.
- Rear mid was not screwed on properly—the screws were only inserted a third of the way.
- Rear passenger c pillar cover was not fitted correctly, and the plastic guide pins were bent.

I addressed all these issues and additionally added pro bass sound deadening to the doors, inner and outer door cards, all plastic trim at the rear of the car including the boot and car floor. Then felt tape, and foam speaker adhesive sheeting, on all friction points where plastics overlap it touch. Lastly memory foam speaker seals around the mids.

I also put krytox on all the rubber and roof seals as they squeak.

It is now 100% better, however, I still occasionally get a frequency buzz on some songs at almost full volume, which I attribute to the cheap plastic of the large rear panels—they are simply too big and too Tupperware.

It really pains me that this car has such issues.

My D90 V8 is a rattling/vibration mess as well but I've been too lazy to fix it. Unacceptable fit and finish and quality given the price of these.

Take it to the dealer. This is a known issue and there is a speaker wire in some cars that is not secured, and they cause vibration.

It's both doors, the rear panels, drivers B pillar, tailgate. Maybe they can reassemble it.
