Non drilling Wind fairing installation
I just want to share this installation for anyone out there isn't a fan of drilling
Colorado wind fairing 52x10 smile shape
four regular brackets and four extension brackets from Colorado wind fairing company
1/4 t bolt sets from Amazon to attached brackets on the cross bar.

That's a good solution. I wish I would have read the instructions before buying the fairing. I didn't realize I was going to need to drill holes, not to mention having to take the rack off again just to drill two of those holes.
My rack is an aftermarket copy of the original, just in all black instead of silver inserts. The little factory bend of metal that acts as a wind deflector was already bolted on, and the holes were close, but not perfect. Good enough though.
Your solution is simple. I bet there are some T bolts out there that would eliminate the **** screws if someone looked hard enough.
