OEM Roofrack paint?

Does anybody know what black paint is used on the OEM roofrack? I've got a couple of tiny scratches on it and want to touch it up. (Or any other touch-up black that will match). Thanks!

It is not paint it is a powder coat.

Which makes it a bugger to touch up. OK, will look at Cardinal paints to see if I can figure out the texture and blackness of it. To try and get a spray can that hopefully matches closely. Thanks.
